The staff is incredibly helpful and the customer service is outstanding. My online orders are always prepared by the time I get there. The employees recognize customers by name and treat them with respect. This location is truly the best Carl's around!
I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived at the store, there was no one there! I was charged for my order and have not received a refund! This happened on February 2, 2024, at 4:55 AM.
Alejandra was incredibly friendly and attentive. She took the time to inform me about the promotions and double-checked my order.
