I ordered on the app and it said my food was ready. No customers in drive-thru or restaurant, so I pulled up to get my order. The server said she didn’t have my order. I tried to show it to her and she wouldn’t look, just kept saying she didn’t have it. I was already charged for the order so I went in and she was visiting with her coworker. I said can I show you my order so you can make it? She said “no” and turned back to her coworker. No food! Charged for food she wouldn’t make… I will NEVER go to another Carl’s Jr... I’m telling all my colleagues, family, and friends!!
Even though very not busy near noon, service was slower than expected for a fast food restaurant. Several minutes wait for two standard sandwiches. Staff was not very efficient. Many years ago I worked at a Carl's Jr store and we prided ourselves on quick and tasty meals. Not the case at this location.Food was ok, nothing special. Inside dining nearly deserted at noon! Was clean and well kept.
Well the employee's can't take an order correctly in the drive through. Cold fries and gross burgers made our trip for a quick bite rethink where to go. This is a trucker location and the food is horrible and tons of flies on the drive through walls and monitor. Will never return.
The staff was incredibly friendly. Since we were dining in, they encouraged us to sit wherever we liked. They came to check on us, which was nice. Overall, it was a great experience!
