The manager of this restaurant, Erika, should be training every manager. It was my birthday, and I was sad. He went to the counter and told Erika about this and asked if she would sing to make his grandma feel special. This is not a normal policy. Well that is exactly she did in the middle of a busy day. They stole my redeemed burger and when I asked about it the girl showed me some order with only 1 burger on it. If I earned a reward why go to all that trouble and lie.
