I love Carl's Jr., but this particular location often gets orders wrong. The service is good, and the drive-thru wait time is reasonable, but they consistently miss items in my order. I've visited at various times—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and always found something missing. Now, I make a habit of pulling over to check my bag before driving away. Overall, the customer service is great, and the order speed is excellent—just be sure to double-check your order before you leave! Lol
It's disappointing that the vegan options are just as unhealthy as the regular menu items. They taste great, but they might be worse for your health than COVID. It would be beneficial for the staff to consult a dietitian for nutrition advice, allowing them to make healthier choices and work more efficiently, rather than sabotaging their health.
Visited Carl's Jr. Plenty of parking available. Restrooms were clean and well-maintained. Ordering process was fast, and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Tried the onion rings and jalapeño poppers. Limited seating space for dining in. They offer Coca-Cola beverages.
The food and service at Carl's Jr. are consistently excellent. The meals are served hot, and while you may have to wait a few minutes, it's worth it for the fresh and delicious taste. Book a table now
