I went in on the morning of June 21 @6:22am the so called Manager (female Hispanic heavy set) gave me no eye contact or greeting as she was writing on a board even at first look she was visibly disconnected and appeared agitated i attempted to explainthat the previous morning I ordered a loaded breakfast burrito which was what I was charged for but I ordered it without meatand I wanted everything else the egg, cheese, potato salsa and when I got to work there was no potato ...she was so rude,nasty in her behavior, extremely defensive , rolling her eyes upwards ...i was just disgusted she was #1 a Manager #2 her ageand behaving and with the communication skills of a 17 year old flunky it was...
Never fully staffed. Always 2 people working. On top of that, Orders are constantly incorrect. The cook lady is always on her phone or distracted and very unsanitary. This is a horrible, I mean HORRIBLE carls Jr. Don?t bother coming here unless you arewilling to wait 30 minutes for an order and better yet it?s INCORRECT!! I hate to even give this place a star. I hate to bag onrestaurants but seriously, this place SUCKS. Extremely slow and short staffed. Management needs to step up and actually do theirjob already?
Carl's Jr. offers a clean and spacious environment with ample seating! *Please be aware that there is no drive-thru.* The staff are friendly, and they even have an Amazon pickup locker on site. Many people may not realize that Carl's Jr. serves coffee. Furthermore, this location includes a Green Burrito menu; I tried it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the great taste and generous portion sizes. I will definitely return!
Staff was personable, but I may like Carl's Jr. lunch options more than breakfast. I got a chicken biscuit which was fresh. Chicken was good, but biscuit was just okay with no condiments. Biscuits need jelly and I couldn't think of what to ask foruntil I drove away. The employee even asked if I needed anything else when he handed me my bag. The hashbrowns weren't good.

The staff were very attentive, and the classic Carl's Jr. menu did not disappoint! My dad, who usually isn't a fan of fast food, was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and fresh Famous Star burger. I mentioned to him that if he liked that, he should definitely explore more items on the menu!
I was at Carl's Jr. when a man began to get upset with the staff. Since all the staff were women and the man was quite large, I kept a close eye on the situation. The manager managed it very well—she stayed calm, listened carefully, and resolved his issues promptly. Great job to the team.
Great attentive staff and great classic carls food! My dads not usually impressed with fast food establishments but he was very pleased and surprised at how delicious and fresh a classic Famous Star was. I told him if he likes that he should try some ofthe other items!
Carl's Jr in El Segundo has a wide array of food to choose from. Very clean and employees are wonderful. There is ample parking with handicap spaces and wheelchair accessible.

I tried the Taco Salad—wow, it was amazing! Loaded with meat and full of flavor. Definitely not what I expected from Carl's Jr. I'll be back for sure!
