Awesome experience. I'm a commercial driver and obviously my 13'6 truck won't fit through a 9' max drive thru so I have to walk up to the window to order at fast food places. Usually the employees are okay with this and sometimes I get turned away, which AMAZES me... This location made me feel very welcome with my unique situation, let me order at the window while on foot and made all my food hot and fresh which was super super awesome. The slowest in-person service I’ve ever experienced! I decided to go inside because the drive-thru line was so long, and there was only one other customer inside. I placed an order for a chicken sandwich and a breakfast burger. Surprisingly, a guy who came in after me received his food before both myself and the other lady waiting. Meanwhile, cars in the drive-thru continued to get their orders filled, and I still hadn’t received mine. When I asked how much longer it would be, the staff member reacted defensively. Seriously? There were only two customers with small orders inside! It took over 15 minutes, and when I left, the lady ahead of me was still waiting. This is absolutely unacceptable...
Went today 6/30/21 for my lunch hour, I always order my fav which is the Chicken Club in a lettuce wrap. When I get to my destination to eat it and take a bite and it was not only not what I ordered but it was salty and dry, slopped with so much Mayo. I called to complain about the burger having too much salt and being bland. Someone answered and ?didn?t hear me? so I hung up to call back and conveniently the line was busy and I called 5 times and the line was still ?busy? simply horrible. I liked this place until today. So disappointed.
Ordered the original $6.00 burger for lunch today, the quality of this burger place wasn't there. The taste was bland for some reason, looked like something was missing with this hamburger. I ate at this place before, but this time the quality wasn't there at all. The place was clean and organized,but the food was not good enough.

They always get my order wrong. This time I brought it back because what I got wasn't a jalapeno burger and it had ketchup on it... the second attempt at the jalapeno burger was still sad. The southwest sauce or whatever they put on it was about 1 teaspoon or less on the bottom side and the top was dry.
Utilized the drive thru for a quick lunch. Staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Salvador really stood out for taking the time to engage. He was knowledgeable about their beyond burgers (not impossible burgers) and was also very professional. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
I arrived at the restaurant expecting it to be open until 2 AM, as stated, but it was closed. I felt it was a waste of time to drive all the way here. We specifically came for their vegan options, which are hard to find at other fast food places. Please update your operating hours!
The woman at the drive-thru seemed very high and it took an unusually long time to receive our order. We had to wait off to the side with other cars while her coworker took a bathroom break.
