Utilized the drive thru for a quick lunch. Staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Salvador really stood out for taking the time to engage. He was knowledgeable about their beyond burgers (not impossible burgers) and was also very professional. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
The woman at the drive-thru seemed very high and it took an unusually long time to receive our order. We had to wait off to the side with other cars while her coworker took a bathroom break.
Sal is truly an outstanding employee! He went above and beyond to take care of us, providing excellent customer service the entire time. We'll definitely be returning to this Carl's!
Salvador was very nice and funny, brought my food out fresh and returned my card i drove off without- totally makes up for only getting 2 out of the 4 ranch i requested : Book a table now
