Worst Carl's junior worst management and worst service by rude managers especially the older man with the mustash. One of the rudest managers I've ever experienced. I go to a lot of Carl's and I normally get great service but this place they're nottraining people right and they don't even know the definition of a combo. I was quite disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I specifically requested that my son's French toast be made without powdered sugar due to his allergy, but when the food arrived, it was on there anyway. Now I'm stuck waiting inside with no staff in sight to assist me, and I've been told I have to wait another five minutes for them to fix it. Meanwhile, my food is getting cold while I wait for them to correct a mistake they should have avoided in the first place. It's frustrating to think that I'll end up having to eat cold food when I get home.
I stopped at the drive-thru, and the woman at the window was incredibly friendly and attentive. She double-checked my order several times and had a warm, welcoming attitude. I don’t live nearby and was just picking up a meal before heading home in the morning after a long, tiring day. Her kindness truly brightened my mood. I wish I had caught her name—she was such a wonderful person.

The food was excellent! I ordered the Big Carl combo, and it didn't disappoint. There weren't many customers when I visited, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. The fries were tasty—definitely better than Jack's, that's for sure!
The staff here are consistently friendly, and the food is always excellent. I haven't encountered any problems during my visits over the past couple of years.
I went drive thru at night an the young lady working the window was so nice ???? didn't forget my sauce an was pretty cheerful for a night shift worker
