The biscuits that survived the Hardee’s transition are usually AWESOME and the main reason I go to Carl’s Jr for breakfast but this morning I’m assuming they got real busy someone hadn’t been on the ball so to hurry the orders along the took the pan of biscuits out of the over early cause I ordered two ultimate omelette biscuits both of them the biscuits were barely starting to brown around the edges instead of the beautiful golden brown uniformly like I’m used to they were quite doughy certainly under cooked
We had a lovely experience at this restaurant. The place was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. We arrived a bit early and saw that breakfast was being served. When we inquired about the breakfast hours, they kindly informed us that we could order from the regular menu as well. We really appreciated that! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back!
The service was impressively quick and friendly, and the food was delicious, freshly prepared, and still hot when I got home. I visited early on Sunday evening, and there were only two staff members working, so a little patience is appreciated.
Went through the drive thru. Food was just alright and our order was not correct. Sloan, a shift manager is a great employee and an asset to Carl's Jr. On my second visit I went inside and she made the experience great. Book a table now
The gentleman at the drive-thru was incredibly polite, and my order was prepared quickly, accurately, and served hot! Thank you for the wonderful experience—my food was delicious!
There's a cashier at our Kohl's Juniors and she is so sweet she makes sure your order is right she will repeat it more than once just to make sure
Pizzas are hot and fresh! And unlike most pizza places, the slices are cut clean!!! Also the Twix Cookie Brownie Dessert is amazing!!

The manager was fantastic, and the food was served hot. However, my boyfriend's sandwich was quite dry.
