I've been coming to this Carl's Jr. for years, but in the last six months, their morning service has really declined. They're very slow and often mess up even the simplest orders. If you're in a rush, I wouldn't suggest getting breakfast here. A basic breakfast sandwich can take more than 20 minutes at the drive-thru, and you might have to return because they gave you the wrong order, adding another 10 minutes.
It's been a while since my last visit to this restaurant. In the past, whenever I ordered the Beyond burger, it was consistently made incorrectly. However, today my order was spot on and delivered quickly. I wish I had caught the server's name because they did an excellent job!
The wait at Carl's Jr. was a bit longer than expected, and my order of large crisscut fries turned out to be a small size. Additionally, the hamburger patty could have been thicker. Hopefully, the menu options will improve in portion size and consistency.
I visited for breakfast and found it to be very quiet, with excellent customer service. My daughter enjoyed the delicious French toast sticks, which were a great way to kick off the day—warm, tasty, and just the right amount of sweetness! Book a table now
I ordered a plain hamburger, but they only gave me the meat with no cheese, and the patty looked like it had a bite taken out of it! The quality at this restaurant has definitely declined over the past year.
This restaurant is amazing! It has a calm atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. My order arrived quickly and just as I requested. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience!
