This restaurant is only 2 blocks from where I live so I like to grab a quick breakfast from time to time. The food can be good, but it's very inconsistent. It takes a long time to get your food. Half the time its over cooked and dry or they are sold outof a lot of items. I like the French toast sticks, but half the time they are either out of syrup, sold out of them, or theyare cooked for too long and they end up being really hard. Same with the breakfast sandwiches. They are either very yummy orthey're sold out or the bodacious are over cooked and hard.
The location showed open 24 hours drive thru and 6am for the counter so I placed an online order for pick up at 6am. The order showed completed and my credit card got charged. I went to pick up the order at around 6:20 and waited at least 5 minutes. NO ONE was at the location to answer drive thru and give me my order. I need refund for my order. This wasted my time and I couldn’t give my kid breakfast as planned. I won’t trust the app and order online again without going to physical location.
My experience at Carl's Jr was mixed. The food was decent, but I couldn't help but notice that the cleanliness and sanitation could be improved. The service was okay, but the cleanliness aspect left something to be desired. So, I'm giving it 3 stars for the decent food, but they definitely need to work on sanitation.
There are three large potholes right at the exit of the drive-through, and they have caused damage to several of my tires. The Arcadia location is in poor condition and urgently needs repair. I've been reporting this issue for months, but nothing has been done.

No one was at the counter when I try to use the bathroom to wash my hands before ordering food the bathroom was out of order oh well I guess you don't want business? Not one person was inside the restaurant??????
Went through the drive thru. Ordered 3 burgers all the same lettuce wrapped with sauce on side. Gave us wrong burgers then gave us non lettuce wrapped burgers and didn't give the sauce on the side.

Burger was good, but the guy at the drive thru didn't give me any napkins with my $13 burger order.
