Slow service , water not brought for table when requested , the pate was runny and very unappetising, table next to me had to send food back as cold and they had waited for over 45 mins for it to arrive, the place was not busy and there was plenty of staff so no idea why the service and quality of food was so bad , would not go again
I was not expecting the restaurant to actually be in the Piccadilly train station,which was very disappointing,I will not be returning I’m afraid,I was not aware of this when I made the booking,the food and service was very good however
It's in the train station. Was hurried up to finish food and drink so they could close at 7.30pm. Food was tasty but vastly different temperatures between the 2 mains so thinking 1 was microwaved.
I have visited Carluccio's several times and have always enjoyed the excellent food. My husband treated me to dinner there tonight for my birthday, and once again we had a fantastic experience. Book a table now
Booked for lunch on friday 1st apr, food was very nice as always served quickly with a smile from our waitress Maia and the rest of the team. Would recommend eating here anytime. Brian
They didn't apply the offer correctly and we were heavily overcharged I queried but was told it was right. Only when I got home could I show we were charged 60 instead of about 45
The young guy who served us was just brilliant and very efficient! The food really testy and the menu choices quite vary! Overall a good experience!
