I unexpectedly found Carmel Belle during a heavy rainstorm in Carmel, and it was a pleasant surprise! The café has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for seeking shelter from the rain. The food is absolutely delicious with a great selection, and the tofu scramble is a must-try—simply amazing. The prices are quite reasonable for Carmel. The service is excellent, despite the constant busyness, everyone is extremely friendly. The only issue is the seating—it can be a bit chaotic since it's first-come, first-serve after ordering. There may be a wait, but it's definitely worth it! ?️??
