We had made a reservation for our anniversary and came a little early for happy hour we ended up sitting at the bar the whole night! Service was great the whole time. We started with a couple beers and wine and gradually went into bourbon drinks all great and top notch cocktails! We started with French fries (omg so thin and crispy! , arancini balls (St. Louis style with provel! , and fried artichokes. All were so good and we could barely eat our dinner haha! The service from our waitress and the genuine disappointment the manger showed at not being able to meet their standard are what kept this rating at a 3. I LOVE a streak cooked medium rare. I enjoy cutting open the steak and seeing that beautiful, warm pinkish red center and tasting that tender meet. That did not happen this time because my steak was clearly medium to medium well. We came to Carnivore this week with our 5 year old daughter. Typically we come on a date night without her but we included her this time around. As always, service was superb. We tried a new appetizer, the Carnivore shrimp, and it was as fantastic as everything else we have gotten. I had the 6 oz filet mignon which was perfectly cooked and tender. My daughter's delight with her burger was audible (yum, this is the best burger ever). Carnivore is consistent. It never disappoints.
Most of us know the food is good and the atmosphere is comfortable. This time we had a very energetic and engaging waitress (AA) who made the entire experience a joy. If you haven't been here they have a good wine list to go with your beef selection. I thought the salad was just the right size, served fresh. My ribeye didn't disappoint, good value and great flavor. I'm going to try the happy hour next! Book a table now
The food was very ok. Steak wasn't very tender for a filet. Potatoes were mix of under over and perfectly cooked. Downside of mixed size boiling and not sliced roasting. Mushrooms and onion sides were great. Fried raviolis we're kinda dry in the batter but meat was on point. For $50/person I was hoping for more. For a place called Carnivore I was hoping the meat game was better.
Went there for my birthday and had brunch. Had the steak and eggs. Everything was very well seasoned cooked to perfection. I am not a grits person but these grits were worth eating every last bite. The biscuits were homemade and the accompanying butters were very good. Looking forward to being back soon and trying dinner
Brunch got the Carnivore Breakfast. Scrambled eggs didn't look like what I call scrambled. The bacon was just ok. Seems the potatoes were cooked way before being served to me. The coffee was very good. Love the atmosphere and will be back but ordering something different.

Carnivore is awesome! Delicious food and ice cold beer. The steak sandwich and bruschetta are fabulous. They have great brunch as well. Would highly recommend to everyone.
