There were five of us dining together. I ordered the French onion soup and a 12 oz ribeye steak, while my husband chose the rack of ribs. The others ordered fish and chips, a hot dog, and chicken fingers. My soup arrived at the same time as everyone else's meals, but unfortunately, it wasn’t hot; it was only warm. I assumed my steak would be arriving soon, but halfway through my soup, I asked about it. The server informed me that they had run out of steak. At that point, I decided to cancel my order for anything else since everyone else was almost finished with their meals.
Nacho cheese was ice cold and French fries were double fried and still not hot. Clearly using old grease in the fryer so I will probably avoid eating here next time. It’s always been a favorite but the good food quality has really gone down hill. The server was friendly but more interested in the guys at the bar than anything else. She was not the bartender either, we just saw her on the guest side of the bar spending a lot of time with the guests there.
I wish I had taken photos to show you my food. The worst. When I sent it back for something else, it came back worse than before. To understand I'm not exaggerating, when my server came over and saw what they left on the table for me she couldn't contain her laughter and apologized several times. She couldn't believe it. My friends did enjoy their meals so that was a plus. Its just wasn't a good day for me to have a salad.
The food was really good and the service was good too. We sat outside to get fresh air. Only downfall is that people who smoke, the smell just came right to the outdoor area and lingered for at least 5 minutes each time. That happened 4 times while we were eating. Would be nice if they moved to a different location for smoking or have something to block a portion of the smoking side

We've visited this restaurant several times, and tonight Amari was our server. She was fantastic! She smiled the whole time she attended to us and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Plus, she took the time to engage with my 5-year-old, which was wonderful! We will definitely be returning!
We stopped for a quick bite before heading to the Legends show next door. The service was prompt, and the flatbread was served hot. I also had a nice experience at a Carolina Ale House in Florida.
The food is delicious. The fried chicken salad is my favorite. The chicken is amazing! I've never had a meal I didn't enjoy. Try it, you'll like it!
