Carolina Brewery - Table reservation

Carolina brewery in Chapel Hill. We got there early for seats reserved. Got sat right away and it was not very busy when we got there a little before 6. If you go during any sports game or weekend try to reserve ahead over the phone or online, it 's a lifesaver when it does get busy. They have small child accommodations with highchairs. Food, Chicken strip breading was excellent and fried perfectly. Great crunch and bursting with flavor. Not too oily either but retaining the flavor from the oil. I had the pork belly street tacos, they were pretty good, lots of toppings, and you get four tacos for a great price. The beer was also pretty delicious on a hot (for someone who had just flown in form up North) day. The atmosphere was good, not quite like a chain restaurant, but also not a hole in the wall. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I got the chicken and waffles for brunch. The service was pretty good. The food came out really fast and my drink was always kept topped off. The chicken and waffles had a lot of flavor although I would have preferred a slightly crispier waffle. The breakfast potatoes were also delicious.

Had an amazing time! Staff were super friendly and the manager went out of his way to make sure my son was taken care of. Great selection of beer and wine and the food was great!!!

Best **** Mary. They have a homemade mix and it was excellent. We are going to try to reproduce it at home
