Chef Peter was fantastic, highly recommend!! We booked him and his team to serve dinner for my wife's birthday party at our house and everything was better than we could have hoped for! He was very professional leading up to the date and day of. He allowed us the flexibility to create our own menu with our favorite foods and then worked with us to refine them for optimal taste. He was very friendly and personable and everyone at the birthday party enjoyed chatting with him. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend Chef Peter and Carolina Gourmet to all!
We hired Chef Peter to cook a multi course meal for an event and the quality was unmatched. He used the freshest local ingredients and explained everything he was serving. Truly one of the best meals we have ever had. I’m searching my calendar for the next event we could have him do. Chef Peter is a MUST for your next event!!!
