My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carrabba's for an afternoon lunch, and I have to say, it was a 5 out of 5 experience from start to finish. The absolute star of the show was our server, Madison (spell check). We haven’t experienced service like this in a long time—she was phenomenal. Madison was incredibly personable, fun, attentive, and just plain sweet. It's rare to find someone who makes you feel like you’re the only table they’re serving, but Madison truly mastered that. The food was equally impressive. Even though one of my favorite dishes had been taken off the menu, the chef went above and beyond to recreate it for me—a true testament to their dedication and care...
The food here was absolutely terrible. Two of us took a few bites and couldn’t eat anymore. Our server came to the table, took our full plates without asking how the food was, and sent someone else to close out our tab for her. All four of us have decided, based on this awful food, that we will never visit another Carrabbas. We overheard other tables complaining as well.
First meal back at Carrabbas since 2019. Lot has changed. We lost a few loved ones. It was amazing to make new memories and have a great meal. Natalie was our server she was exceptional! She was bubbly, knowledgabe and read us and our wishes. Her suggestions were spot on and she made our evening memorable! Thanks to Natalie for going above and beyond!
We've been to 3 different Carrabbas and they all have had exceptional service, food and overall staff experience has been nothing but stellar. Kissimmee location on 192 we had Adam as our server recently. Again, great food and service. Adam was overall a great server and person. Attentive. Kind. And way nice.

Came here from out of state Wife and I insisted we loved this chain Italian place Chicken parm was burnt, dry and almost unsauced Bow ties on another dish was inedible undercooked and cold Unfortunately this location has plummeted now
Food was excellent with satisfying portions. Service was prompt and attentive. Adam was and excellent waiter and made our experience wonderful.
Great friendly and professional service provided by Mario the bartender while enjoying dinner at the bar.
At the time we went we had the place almost to ourselves. Sunday lunch time is a great time to dine.
