The room was pleasant, clean, and featured a comfortable bed. It was remarkably quiet and provided a beautiful view of the garden, with the sea visible in the distance. The room came equipped with a kettle for making instant coffee and tea, as well as all the necessary toiletries for the shower, including shampoo. Unfortunately, a hairdryer was not included. The owners were attentive and readily available. Although some parts of the property appeared to be a bit overlooked, the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would give both the rooms and the service a rating of 5 out of 5.

What I really loved were the hotel highlights: the view was breathtaking, making it a romantic spot that's perfect for couples. It’s also a quiet place, which adds to its charm, and I appreciated that it’s kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families. Overall, I found it to be an excellent value for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
Despite these minor concerns, we would definitely return to the Carradale Hotel. Rhona and Cara were outstanding hosts, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel, even with the challenges of the road and parking, and I look forward to booking another visit during our next trip to Scotland in a few years. Overall, I would give it a rating of 4 to 4.5 stars.

We stopped by the Carradale Hotel for a drink on the first night of our stay, and the owners took excellent care of us. They offered an impressive selection of drinks, including a wonderful non-alcoholic beer. They shared plenty of helpful tips about the area and even treated us to a fantastic "kilt buster" breakfast.
