we were looking for the Michelin guide and found this restaurant. while in toulon there are no Michelin-star restaurants, this is quite nice. the entry is quite small as the whole dining room, and there are really not so many tables, so we think. a reservation is in the rule a good idea. there is a server and it is very charming and helpful. that was our first experience with such a restaurant. we are used to much deeper menus and teams of service employees. that seems to be a restaurant of a cook and a server. nevertheless the experience is quite pleasant. we weren't rushed to keep waiting. all our courses came elegantly plated, maybe a little over-elaborate. in some cases this disguised a...
this little gem of a restaurant is definitely worth a visit and an enormous value when they choose one of their menus the appetizers before the meal were exceptional a wonderful fish broth covered by a milkfoam is a plate I will remember. for a long time. a new application on bouillabaisse. ... and the main course that was the sweet bread in my case was made perfection. there is enough of a choice in menu elements to please someone, but it is limited so that what they do comes right. it is tasty and served with carefree definitiw artistic. they will be thrilled by their meal and the nice selections of well appreciated weeping. we will return.
Booked this restaurant after seeing it had good reviews. Went to Toulon to watch the rugby and booked Carre Vigne for the friday night. All I can say is what a find, the food is fantastic and the staff and not only good but...go out of their way to make you feel welcome, would like to recommend one dish but cannot as they were all as good as one another. A big thank you to the lady who was in charge who lent me her glasses as I had forgot mine. All of us in our party were that impressed that we returned on thje Saturday night. Would recommend this place to any visitor to Toulon.
beautiful service and welcome for a special meal. small restaurant on a quiet side street. had curs menu mourvedre with abuse bouche, amazing worth and taste explosions. lapin terrine then kalb and foie gras. longoustine **** then tuna risotto. big local wein. too sweet, at room temperature not from the refrigerator, then feigen and eis. mini tarte tropezienne at the end. then the bill came into an old ink of cws. this is the co-op wholesale society in many! where did they get this? everything was presented beautifully, but not fussy. beautiful experience. a few streets from the kais you will find this inconceivable restaurant. our server was friendly and polite. she wasn't intrusive and insane. not a large menu starter, net and desserts. has well presented tasty main thing of veal and...Pork and beautiful desserts. also there were free cooking classes that were thrown in. would recommend.
In Toulon for a long weekend, we were recommended this restaurant for an evening meal. What a result. Exquisite food, attentive staff and a great atmosphere and a menu at for three courses. Awesome! We discovered this restaurant during a visit to Toulon last year and made sure we booked again on this visit. It was well worth it. Celine made us very welcome and the food was just as we remembered. Excellent. We had a fantastic evening, everyone...enjoyed their choices and had a good time. We will return again next year.
