We went to the greedy red square for the Christmas menu. Here nothing is done at home, since everything that was served was frozen, or from ready-made preparations. The menu that was promising was fade, low-end, without any research. Foie gras served with banal mie bread and jam Saumon very dry with a country risotto that is not one (classic rice and not round and not a single mushroom), ratatouille, potato galette and frozen dauphinois gratin. Dessert quick preparation, with its pear straight out of its canister. I'm sorry.
We organized our wedding at the Carré Rouge Gourmand on 20/09/14 and we are delighted with the performance: the very nice night room was well decorated (according to our wishes), the table plan prepared and well respected, the evening went perfectly well: nickel meal (as usual in the Carré, we chose this place of marriage for the quality of its kitchen). Well done animation. Everything was perfect! Thanks again to the whole team to leave us such a good memory of this important day! Sylvie and Olivier

The restaurant was bought this year, the new team is in the lead! Very good service. It's better, because everything's fresh. I recommend it.
