Unacceptable that the customer travels on Sunday morning to exchange or refund an item with missing parts, and that nothing can be done because the department manager is not working that day, and that he is asked to come back another day. .

The store is on 3 levels so you have to check your list carefully to avoid forgetting something in a department. Otherwise there is a lot of choice but the prices still remain higher compared to other equivalent brands.
