I was thrilled to spot the word "vegan!" on the menu. I ordered the hummus plate, which came with sweet potatoes and pita, and it was absolutely delicious. The hummus tasted homemade, which is exactly how I prefer it. The carrots and greens were fresh, and the pita points were warm and flavorful. There aren't many dining options in Jamestown, so finding The Carrot Tree when you're hungry is a real gem. The prices are also quite reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was lovely as well. Plus, there's a terrace with views of the river, making for a delightful dining experience.

I was so pleased to find the word Vegan! On the menu board. I got the hummus plate with veggies and pita, and it was delicious. The hummus was house made, which is really the only way I like it. The carrot and cucumber slices were fresh, and the pita points were warm and yummy. There 's really nowhere else in Jamestown for food, so it 's great to find the Carrot Tree when you 're hungry. Prices are reasonable as well, which was unexpected. Staff are lovely too. Oh, and there 's a patio overlooking the river, so quite enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this restaurant featuring many vegetarian and vegan options right in front of the historic Jamestowne location. Everything is made fresh and is free from any pre-packaged cheeses. They offer a fantastic hummus plate and a delightful wrap with hummus. During my visit, they also had a delicious gazpacho on the menu. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable for a concession stand near such a popular location.

Pay $30 for a sandwich and a salad. For so much I would expect 5 star quality food, but the cucumbers tasted old, the ranch came in a tiny package, the tomatoes were okay I guess, and it's $3 to add five thin slices of chicken?????????????????, and they said they couldn't put a cheese on my salad because they didn't shredd cheese, but right next to the woman when she said. It's a sweet place, decent food, but not for this price. Book a table now

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this restaurant in historic Jamestowne, which offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. Everything is made fresh, avoiding pre-packaged ingredients commonly used in cheese alternatives. They serve a fantastic hummus plate alongside an onion flatbread paired with hummus. During my visit, they also had a delicious gazpacho. The prices are quite reasonable for a local eatery.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find this place with lots of vegetarian and vegan options right on site at historic Jamestowne. Everything is made off-site so you can't get one of the wraps that contain cheese made without it. But, they do have a terrific hummus plate and an onion wrap with hummus. When I was there they also had a yummy gaspacho. The prices are also very reasonable for an on-site concession.

After having a disappointing experience at Eating for Thoughts, our expectations were quite low for this visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my hummus wrap and plate. The fresh, well-prepared vegetables on the hummus plate stood out, and even the pita bread was fresh. The hummus was thick and flavorful, making for a delightful meal.

After a disappointing experience at Food for Thought, we didn't have high expectations for good food in the area. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the hummus plate was prepared with fresh, well-seasoned vegetables. The pita bread was also fresh, and the hummus was thick and flavorful.
