I regret to say that I've lost a customer after over 30 years, and others in my family feel the same way. I arrived right as the restaurant was closing, and when I realized I wouldn't be able to make a purchase, I tried to get the attention of the staff and the owner to ask a question. Unfortunately, they deliberately ignored me. The friendliness and quality of customer service have clearly declined. This used to be a place I frequented whenever I was in town, as it holds special childhood memories, but I won’t be coming back. Based on my experience, I'm giving it 3 stars.

This is not my best location for ice cream. I've visited here twice, unfortunately customer service sucks. The people who work there always seem to have an attitude and absolutely hate their job. Not very helpful if you have questions. The place also needs to be upgraded, more lighting and better presentation. I gave them a 2 star because they do have several choices of ice cream to choose from and there's parking, which is convenient.

Hate this place now! I bought a whole milk shake 7 dollars I dropped it by accident because my cousin bumped into me. I go back to the store ask for a refund or another shake and they said I had to pay the whole thing again. Ugh! I’m so mad and sad 7 dollars down the drain

The customer service at this location is highly unsatisfactory. They frequently don’t have the flavors that Carvel advertises on their website. This is probably the worst Carvel I have ever been to.

There credit card machine was not working properly and they woild not honor the carvel gift cards I purchased from my Sams Club.
This Carvel is one of the oldest and finest in the region.
