First and last time here. A new employee served us and barely filled the large cup with ice cream—not even above the rim. I had to ask twice for more, and it seemed like the owner was instructing him. When we got home, just a 3-minute drive, my son started eating his kids' cup and immediately asked why there was so little ice cream. A few minutes later, he got upset because it was melting and turning watery. As I ate mine, I could tell right away that the ice cream was mixed with water. Absolutely no thanks.
I have been monitoring them for some time now. They overcharge you for shakes and carvelanches. They will charge a fee for extra toppings when you only have your original 1 free included topping. They are easily cashing in at least $10,000 per year from illegally adding fees to your bill. Most people never question it because they don 't see an itemized receipt. The ice cream was good. However, the two young girls working there could be much friendlier and more courteous. A simple smile and a "have a nice day," especially to young children, would make a big difference. Their attitude was so unpleasant that I almost went back inside to mention it, but didn’t want to embarrass them. This was on Sunday, March 31, between 4 and 5 pm.

They ran out of soft serve, which was a bit disappointing, but the only employee there handled it like a pro and was incredibly friendly. They gave us hard ice cream for the famous BYGO sale. The store was very clean, and the wait wasn’t too long. Overall, it was a great family outing, and we enjoyed our delicious sundaes!

This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. There was only one staff member who actually seemed competent, but after speaking with her, I learned she's planning to leave. I really hope they either close down or hire people who know what they're doing.
