The Asian man and woman who run this carvel are so rude and clearly miserable running their shop. Their rudeness and attitude is so uncalled for. Port Washington could really do without the eye rolling at simple requests or slight order adjustments. I would redirect all PW residents or anyone visiting to spend your hard earned money at Shmusht Ice cream Cookies on Main st. Delightful staff and owners and quality ice cream. I would never go back to this carvel if my toddler wasn't asking for it. My 2 year old dropped her spoon and the Asian lady rolled her eyes when I asked for an extra and threw spoon at me. The man also yelled at me when I asked to change the small size cup to a kids size....
Encountered a very unprofessional cashier( a young asian guy). Had to explain what I want several times, responded to my inquiry with a rude manner. Most definetely a bad representation for the brand.
Service is terrible. Store smells bad. Asked for extra sprinkles and charged an extra dollar!! They need better customer care! Clean the store.
Great place. Friendly workers and business is extremely clean and well kept.
