When I moved to Virginia almost eight years ago, there was one Carvel location, but sadly, it closed not long after. Recently, I made my first trip to New York since relocating, and getting chocolate Carvel was a priority for me. The owner of this store is exceptionally kind. They offer the full range of Carvel products in a safe, COVID-compliant way. The other staff members who served me were just as friendly, professional, and attentive. During my four-day visit to the area, I returned to the shop six times.

He has the full line of Carvel products served up in a covid-safe system. Other staff members whoserved me were just as friendly, professional, and careful. In the 4 days I stayed nearby, I visited 6 times. I left happy eachtime.
Not a usual fan of Carvel but my family likes the BOGO Sundae special they run. This shop was run by a really pleasant and upbeat guy at the take out window even past 9pm when they close soon after. The vanilla milkshake was alittle too thick for meso I had to eat it like regular ice cream but it was good nonetheless for the price paid . Might give Carvel another try in thefuture .
So I shopped here earlier today around 6:30pm I was helped by a young lady unfortunately I didn't get her name but she has short black hair I believe. I've been helped by her twice recently and it's always the most pleasant experience as the young lady isso polite and always has a big smile that you can see clear thru her mask truly a pleasant experience!!!!!!!

This Carvel is not your typical one! While the ice cream is just as delicious as you'd expect, it's the staff that really makes this location shine. They are exceptionally kind and professional. With their careful attention to orders and their warm smiles and positive energy, the team here deserves to be in a Michelin-star restaurant!
Every time I go in, I'm greeted warmly and my orders are always accurate. Everyone working in this Carvel are extremely nice and they work hard to get orders done fast. This is a place I'll definitely keep spending my money at because I've never had a problem here and love how I'm treated when I am there
Not your typical Carvel! For the ice cream, sure, but the staff could not be a nicer group of people. Unbelievably nice and professional. From the attention to detail on the orders to the polite smiles and positive vibes. The people on this staff couldwork in a Michelin star restaurant?
Initially I thought it was a regular cake shop, but they serve only ice cream cakes. But they do have some unique designed ice cream cakes and also sells small ice creams. There are couple of tables so it is a good place to hangout with friends.

I won't be going to any other Carvel; this one is my top choice! The ice cream is consistently fresh, and to make the experience even better, Gus and his two sons treat you like family.
