The staff at Carvel was incredibly kind. They accommodated a last-minute special order for a gluten-free birthday ice cream cake just hours before, which meant leaving out the delicious cookie crumble to make it safe for my wife, who was just discharged from the hospital today on her birthday. They even provided the crumble on the side so the rest of us could enjoy it. This thoughtful gesture from Carvel’s menu truly brought a much-needed smile to her face. It doesn’t get any sweeter or more accommodating than that!
