Not the first time, def my last time trying to do business with these guys. I went to get the Wednesday special. Ordered a smaller ice cream so the exceeds does not go to waste. The lady charges $6.81 for both kiddie sized cups. She insists I mustget a small size in order the get the sale, but is angry because of the misunderstanding. Well, she can stay angry and keep hertwo kiddie cups!! Im going to Rita?s and enjoy myself!!! Thank you for your response. The sales person didn?t give me thatoption at all. Thats what i wanted to do but she was angry and not receptive. This is why we left!

The ice cream scoops at Carvel are very small and cheap. When I asked the staff member, who I assumed was connected to the owner, why the scoop was so tiny—barely visible over the cone—she said I was charged for the smallest scoop. There was no indication on the menu that prices varied based on scoop size. The owner's explanation was incorrect, as I was charged full price. I don’t understand why I was given a kid’s portion when I’m clearly over 35 years old.
The employees at this ice cream shop should consider wearing gloves, especially when they have long acrylic nails. It was a bit gross to see the ice cream getting stuck on their nails.
