Just went to Carvel to purchase ice cream for my grandsons birthday party with my 8 month pregnant daughter and had a horrific experience with 2 cashier girls all because we asked for our 18 ice cream cups to be placed in a box instead of a paper bag. We did not think this was a big request however, they certainly did. I will be writing the owner Paul the full detailed story but the bottom line is they we 're incredibly rude and even said comments such as these. "This
This Carvel location is fantastic. I have visited many Carvels, and this one is definitely one of the best. The staff are friendly and always serve ice cream with a smile. Parking outside is reasonably priced, even in the summer. Despite any lines, they are able to serve a lot of customers efficiently. And, in regards to previous negative reviews about canceled mobile orders, this Carvel prioritizes serving customers who are physically present in the store.
The night crew here is the WORST. They are rude, make you feel uncomfortable if you get there anytime past 9:15pm when they close at 10pm. You can order the same thing you get when you go there and it is RARELY ever made the same way, but willdefinitely be made the fastest, rudest way possible when you go there at night. Go to Mara?s a few blocks away. It?s worth thetrip

There's a reason this business still exists. Ice cream. Plain and simple Not much has changed with the store. You know what you're getting, a great tasting product. I like the flying saucers and the Fudgie the Whale cake. They still have two for one sundaes on Wednesdays and other weekday specials.

Very bad customer service. Treated us like we are not supposed to go there. We ordered 3 ice creams. Ice creams are here very old and date expired i think. Tasted like been sitting there for few years. Will not recommend someone to go there. Very upset with the experience.

I think their fridge by the front counter needs some maintenance since some of the Ice cream had melted and then refroze.
