The staff is always friendly and clearly wants to make sure everything is top notch. I think the way they are handling the pandemic is fantastic and super safe for everyone! Had to get an ice cream cake for a birthday and the writing was legible and exactly how we wanted it.

I can get past the somewhat unfriendly staff, but I've tried them a number of times and found their thick shakes to be thinner than a typical Carvel shake and they often forget to add the usual whipped cream and cherry to the sundaes.
I love Carvel, so I gave it five stars. The employee has been screwing up the order two times. I'll tell you what I want, and he'll start filling in ice and don't listen. It's annoying. Book a table now

The quality of her soft napkin has gone up last year(ish). It is cold, tasteful and creamy.
