The staff is always friendly and wants to make sure that everything is top notch. I think the way they treat the pandemic is fantastic and super safe for everyone! Had to get an ice cream cake for the birthday and the writing was legible and just as we wanted.
I love Carvel, so I gave it five stars. The employee has been screwing up the order two times. I'll tell you what I want, and he'll start filling in ice and don't listen. It's annoying.
I think that the owners and employees are great. They are friendly and quick with your order!
The quality of her soft napkin has gone up last year(ish). It is cold, tasteful and creamy.
