I often went to the Wednesdays for the two for a Sundae Special at this point. The service is usually good even if Sunday is not so great. But on this occasion Jose took care of my order. I could see how he took care of the way he prepared the order. The best way to describe it was that they actually saw the pictures you see in the ads. Jose's manner was so pleasant during this day before Thanksgiving, he took his time, made sure that he understood the order and the gates. I know, in the world where we live in all, it's fast to complain, I ask you to compliment Jose.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive. I would absolutely return just for the fantastic service. And the ice cream is also a highlight! I highly recommend this place. One employee at the counter stood out as particularly charming, and I might come back just to see her again. The restaurant was very clean and clearly following COVID-19 safety guidelines. Overall, I strongly recommend paying a visit!
This Carvel location is fantastic! Having experienced many Carvels over the years, I can confidently say this one truly stands out. The ice cream here has a wonderfully thick texture and a richer taste. The quality is top-notch and definitely worth visiting. They also offer a great selection of flavors, including tasty banana and pistachio sauces. I highly recommend stopping by!
Carvel is a small restaurant with only two tables. I felt the prices were somewhat on the higher side. The staff member who took my order was friendly and welcoming. I ordered a birthday cake, which tasted very good. The restaurant was clean, and a major plus is the large parking area available.

I ordered a cake week in advance and they make my cake last minute. This plain cake no design no anything . Wow never ordering from here again. This is disgusting. They threw the picture on top of the cake. Like it was nothing. Thanks for ruining mydaughter's birthday
Amazing Ice Cream place in the community. There is a lots of workers in busy days and one worker that helped me out, Erick Lopez, was really helpful and quick with my order. The ice cream was very delicious even if it was quick. Thank you so much!
I love grabbing the frozen soft serve from their freezers. Unlike regular soft serve that melts too quickly, the frozen version is just perfect.
