My partner and I regularly visit Casa Carbone. When we moved to the area, a friend had recommended us, and since our first visit we were never disappointed. In fact, the menu and the overall experience is constantly better (not even sure how this is possible, as it is a 5-star for us from get go! . Vince is a stellar restaurant with a first class old school customer service. He welcomes everyone and especially, not to mention the incredible talents of chef Christopher kitchen staff. Upscale Italian restaurant. Pasta made from scratch. Friendly neighborhood restaurant with a lot of regulars. Owner and waiter very friendly and great staff. Would definitely go back. Prices are reflective of quality of food. You get what you pay for. If your looking for authentic Italian food give it a try. Havent had pasta that good in a long time. Cooked perfectly with lots of flavour.
