We went for Sunday lunch, pre booked for roast lamb shanks. Friends had recommended this place and they were spot on.The meal was wonderful. the surrounding streets do not look promising. but inside the casa the do correo is a beautiful old building with, on the back, a large outside area of several cozy areas. we needed menu guide that provided a friendly waitress, despite our small Spanish. (only galic) and she with just a little English – she was happy to translate the keywords in google on our phone and so we knew exactly what we ordered! eating was delicious and the bill was very reasonable for an unforgettable eating in such a perfect environment.

This restaurant used to be a very nice one. Recently, I returned there and it as a desapointment. Few menu choices, half of the wines in the wine list were missing, and the deserts were quite poor. The staff is nice and friendly, but the...service is rather slow. I don't intend to return there.

I had an excellent meal in casa the do correo. creative cooking with local products, relaxed mood and honest prices. make sure to try as much tapas as possible, and let them be surprised by the unusual combinations and how good they taste.
