A super find, The Casa De Extremadura is located in Parque Norte in Pinto, near Madrid, it is on the cusp of the new and older part of town. It is split between and Bistro and a formal side. We sat in the formal side. The two menus are interchangeable! So, the service is impeccable with efficient attentive staff who are Spanish speakers, so bring your Spanish friends/phrasebook etc We booked ahead to ensure we ate leg of suckling lamb and it was great, but you don't need to book unless it is a holiday day. There is no dedicated parking, but the streets are free!
