We go out to eat several times and week and we’ve been to Casa several times, as we at Denville residents and always want to support local businesses. I would have talked to the owner about our experience tonight but nobody was there. So… We arrived just about 5:45 and immediately ordered a salad, which was delivered within minutes, at which point we ordered a pizza. We had to ask for it after waiting about 40 minutes. After our order was taken, nobody checked on us. There was a girl doing water and busing and two waitresses in addition to our waitress who has disappeared. Nobody checked on us. We didn’t see our original waitress until we had to walk up front and ask again for our pizza. We...
Well got home to a cold sitting around pie they were trying to get rid of on a Sunday night the sausage pepper onions I order we're not on the pie plus cold I should have checked it plus they had it ready to quick went in 5 min after ordering it to wait in there and it was done should have know better didn't like how Spanish guy was looking at the pies on top of oven to get rid of old ones seen this before something these places do now no topping at all
I went to this restaurant for the first time last night after a recommendation, and I believe the wood-fired pizza was the best I've ever had in nearly 70 years. The thin crust was perfectly crispy but not burnt, the sauce was outstanding, and it had just the right amount of cheese. The onions and sausage on my half were delicious. If you enjoy thin crust pizza, I don't think you can find better. This is now my go-to pizza place.
The Tuscany pizza with goat cheese, prosciutto, and figs was absolutely delicious. It came out piping hot and the crust was crispy all the way through, not soggy in the middle. I also tried the Thai chili calamari special as an appetizer and would highly recommend it. Just be aware that it is more sweet than spicy, so avoid it if you don't enjoy sweet flavors. Nonetheless, it was still tasty and delicious.

I don’t crave or talk about pizzas too often. It’s almost always the same experience at most places I’ve had it from. But this has gotta be THE BEST. Completely changed my mind and got me hooked on pizzas now and I won’t go anywhere else. Dough is always crispy but not burnt, always the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and crust. Quality ingredients. I looove this place!!
I got a grilled chicken ceaser salad. Excellent the dressing was homemade lots of chicken and topped it of with 3 garlic knots.
The pizza is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the dining experience is top-notch. Bringing your own bottle is a plus!
This is our go to stop for some good quality food and service. Only been twice but everyone is nice and food is great.
