To add to my frustration, the bakery is supposed to open at 11 a.m., yet I arrived at noon to find the open sign lit up, but the door was locked. I saw a woman inside chatting and putting away bread, completely oblivious to my confused expression outside. I stood there, scratching my head, as she continued to ignore me despite clearly seeing me. My husband even got out of the car to try the door, just as puzzled as I was. Eventually, the woman stepped outside to inform him that the shop would open in five minutes. Why not put a sign on the door indicating “closed for lunch, reopening at 12:15”? It's baffling to leave customers waiting outside in the heat while the door is locked.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The receptionist was rather rude and appeared to be unsure about how to take a cake order. When I inquired about the prices, she became unfriendly and defensive, which only made the experience more uncomfortable.
I found a cockroach in my Ofelia bread, and I wasn't expecting extra protein, yuck! On top of that, the staff was really rude when I brought it up. I do not recommend this product, and they definitely need to clean up their act.
I purchased Honduran Semitas, branded as Casa Ofelia de Baldwin, from my local supermarket. The semitas are soft and just the right amount of sweet. If I come across your product again, I will definitely buy it!
I arrived on Saturday at 7:15 PM, but when I got there, the door was closed and I was told they were closed. However, their closing time is actually 7:30 PM. It was quite disappointing.
