Myself and my family went here to have a bite to eat. Went upstairs to see if there was a table free and my 5 year old son was angrily pushed out of the way by a lady working there. We went outside and sat down at a table who just had been vacated. A young man finally came to clear the table after about 15 min having looked for his attention several times. He had very limited English but I used google translate to explain what we wanted and he said he understood, took our order and left. After waiting for another 15 min the same young man didn’t come near us, even when asked. We were totally ignored. 30 min after having placed the order for food and never been approached by any of the staff...
