"We have been waiting in a queue about 25 minutes and then we have been waiting for our lunch 1 hour and after that we just asked the lady that do something because we wouldn't liked to stay there for another hour...There was a totally chaos, they just missed 6 or more orders. The "italienischer salat teller" had sour cabbage. Sour cabbage. I don't get it, really. The wienes schnitzel was average. This restaurant is in the middle of the Holiday park where you have to wait for the rides more than 30 minutes so you wouldn't like to waste your time with waiting the food for hours... I don't recommend this place."

Das ehemals rustikale Selbstbedienungsrestaurant 'Pfalzgraf' bekam (leider!!!...in jeglicher Hinsicht) einen 'Neu-Anstrich': ehemals gemütliche, teilw. leicht abgetrennte Sitzecken wichen zusätzlichen Tischen und der (sehr kindgerechten) Optik eines eher ungemütlich großen Speisesaals, welcher dem Namen nach wohl 'italienisches Flair' verbreiten soll(te). Nun ja.Während man wie bisher aus unterschiedlichen Speisen bzw. Beilagen und einem gut sortierten Kaffee- u. Kuchenangebot wählen konnte, wird nun eine lediglich 'sehr überschaubare' Speisekarte präsentiert (Schnitzel, Pommes, Suppe, Spaghetti oder Salat).Das ist zwar für das Küchenpersonal bestimmt leichter zu handhaben und auch aus Koste...
