We had a truly lovely experience in Masca after walking around enjoying the views and having a wonderful lunch at Restaurant Blanky (seriously go here it’s very nice). However this was spoilt by the owner of Casa Riquelme appearing out of nowhere, in to the street, yelling at us to wear masks. We were the only two people to be seen, walking on the edge of a cliff, until he jumped out of his restaurant to yell at us for not wearing masks, even though he wore his own mask around his neck rather than over his mouth and nose… Since this experience we’ve read the reviews of his restaurant and his service going back to 2014, and it’s clear he has a serious problem. We found this place by chance one evening after sightseeing in the local area after spotting a sign to Casa Riquelme. We were greeted on the steep path from the road by the owner. He explained the no-choice menu which consisted of local tapas. We were shown onto a sunny terrace overlooking the gorge. This was a wonderful place to watch the sunset and totally silent. We loved the food and will definitely return.
This place is a trap. 1st of all everywhere is dirty,food isnt well,and the price 32 euros for a table of ham and cheese,5 papas arugadas and 4 piecies of meat(it wasnt a chicken) is alot to much. I dont reccommend this place. Dont eat there,chodzę different locations.
spectacular. the best salmorejo chicken of the whole island, plus the wet potatoes and the sausages of the beginning are very good. Riquelme is a very good host, I've already gone a couple of times and I'll keep going whenever I get back to haveife!

We wandered into the area and asked if there was a restaurant. The owner explained the menu and invited us to the terrace where we enjoyed a lovely meal and views. Highly recommended.
