Let me start out by saying that Casa Taco should be like a coffee shop; on every corner!!! Now honestly, I 'm glad they 're not. The food quality is so spectacular that having so many locations would hurt this! A few folks mastering a recipe is possible, but to have hundreds do it............ Well I think we all know how that goes. It will simply become average. Having a handful of locations that could be strongly monitored? OF COURSE!!!! Would I like to be able to get this delicious, mouth watering, palette satisfying, stomach filling, soul comforting fast food every where I may travel? Yes. Disgusting. Very expensive. Almost $20 a person for a tiny plate. See picture attached, I wish I could have gotten my money back! The beans were severely undercooked and I couldn’t eat them. The rice was flavorless and bland. The tacos were small, had minimal filling, and also were very bland. The filling they did have was chewy and gross. Even the iced tea was unappetizing and tasted like bad dishwater. Each taco is $5+ alone and the meal was $15, which is outrageous for what you get. I should have walked away instead of ordering when the staff couldn’t even take my order correctly at first, despite ordering a normal plate with no special requests. I never write reviews because I feel like a Karen but this place is so inconsistent it’s crazy. The tacos are usually really good but I’m not kidding when I say every time I’ve gone, they’ve been made differently. My tacos didn’t even come with lettuce this time?? I have never consistently gotten my tacos with everything they say comes on them which is always a hassle to try and fix. And they basically never get anything correct even if you put it in the notes. I put double rice no beans and they still gave me beans. One time they put double BEANS and no rice, when I asked for only rice. The prices don’t work for how bad the experience can be. So sad cause the food is fire sometimes.

I was hungry and saw that this place was local and had a 4.3 star rating. Figured I would give it a shot. Severely disappointed. Food quality was severely lacking. The portions were relatively small which is fine if the food was any good. While the tacos were okay they weren’t anything special. For what you get, this place is SIGNIFICANTLY over priced… now I see why I was one of the only customers in there. Service was acceptable but definitely nothing to write home about either. Normally I don’t like to give negative reviews, but I feel I need to express my disappointment in hopes that someone else can save their money for something else. All in all, not a very pleasant experience.
Was disappointed with the taco salad I ordered for lunch. I received the salad but there was no salsa and sour cream included like the menu states. I picked the order up at the window, believing that the promised items were included. Plus a set of plastic ware would have helped to eat my semi-dry meal. The food was good but I didn 't receive all that I paid for. I had hoped service would have improved since the last time I was there--forgotten item and had to return to get the rest of my order.
First time eating here. Ordered delivery. It came out to $50 bucks for a quesadilla, a taco plate and nachos. The quesadilla was small. It was literally 3 slices for almost $8 and the cheese tasted weird. The nachos barely had cheese on them and they were soggy with barely anything on them. The taco plate was underwhelming as well. Portion sizes for a baby and tacos weren?t anything impressive. Why is this place so popular? Waste of money. Nobody liked their food.
Cooked the order 25min ahead of the scheduled pickup to just let it sit, then gave away the takeout order to someone else, and then entirely messed up the remake. They made no offer or apology for their mistake. Food looks bad in the box. Soggy. Huge waste of time. Also I heard it was a pretty toxic/Trumpy place during the pandemic. Don't go. 0 stars

The prices have gone way up. The price for a 24 oz drink is $4.50 and 1 ground beef taco is $4.50. This was my favorite taco place. They are way over priced now. They were high before and I would eat would still eat there. I won’t be back as your customer.Food: 4/5
