The restaurant has authentic Mexican food and there is a lot of art and culture to enjoy. The waiting staff were professional and responsive. The food can be a little expensive but it's absolutely worth it because the plate sizes are larger than an ordinary plate. I tried the Birria tacos, which were amazing, and still had enough left over for lunch the next day. I will definitely be returning! If I was able to give a negative rating for this restaurant I really and truly would! I am married to a Spanish man and know for a definite fact that all of their food is very tasty and very well seasoned. Well not here. The food was very very extremely bland and the portions were outrageously small yet for a very high price. The best and only thing about this restaurant, is the festive and historically cultural decoration of the dining room!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. MY PARTY AND I WERE VERY UNSATISFIED IF NOT HORRIFIED
Food is always delicious and service is excellent here. But I'd say the best is for drinks n apps after a long day or even mid afternoon (when you leave work early) escape. The table side guac is yummy if you like it with more flavor ask for extra tajin My Mexican Amiga told me about this seasoning it gives it that extra umph!
A bit pricey, but not too much for the quality of food. More authentic… I went traditional with the burrito it was huge. The wife had th red snapper… tried a piece, it was awesome. Good drinks. Fried ice cream for dessert. If you in the “hood” lol… gotta try this place. It’s going to be my spot for Mexican from now on.
