We stayed at a nearby hotel with a great atmosphere but decided to try this hotel bar. All staff were extremely miserable ignored us at the 1st floor bar. Eventually told us to go 9th floor bar with the same miserable tone. Arrived at 9th floor bar. A member of staff again miserable told us wait 5 minutes... eventually a jolly bartender arrived and served us drinks. Whilst sitting there having had only a few sips he came back and politely asked us to leave in front of other customers as we had a 5 year old with us. The vibe was very cold and it was a humiliating experience. This is one of the most miserable unwelcoming places on the island and best avoided. I will never again visit any estab...
As a guest at the hotel we decided to eat here a couple pf times. On Monday they offered a BBQ Grill Buffet, so why not! it was lovely, food was perfect and so was the drinks really recommend the sausage! lovely selection (didn't cook enough food at one time) of meats salads and desserts! We also opted for the Tasting Menu when we checked in for the Thursday night. when we arrived we was greeted with the first course, fish and cheese croquettes. We were then seated outside which was lovely as the sun was setting, very romantic. As the rest of the menu came out, our drinks were refilled, extra bread was given. Just returned home to Sweden after spending a week at the Servatur Casablanca hotel. I have never before experienced any better restaurant. The breakfast contained everything and more. Fresh bread, eggs in all its forms, bacon, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, coffee, a heavenly good freshly squeezed orange juice and different pastries. In the evening there were a lot of different dishes to choose from. Appetizer, main course and dessert. One of the evenings we were served a seven course dinner, which started with cava and snacks. The staff were incredibly nice. This incredible restaurant has to be experienced. Gives it and its amazing staff top marks.
We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at the servatur Casablanca that this restaurant and bar is attached to. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection to keep us happy for the two weeks and importantly no hidden extras to pay for. For €22 we had a lovely three course al a-carte meal. We stopped at the bar most evening after a night out. The cocktails were gorgeous and made in front of us. At a comparable price to those found in the town. I developed a taste for the gin they had there. A big shout out to Alberto who introduced me to the said gin. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff there it was indeed a bar to chill out in.

Lovely, clean restaurant. Breakfast is excellent, so much choice and sets you up for the day. We were half board and the food is very good in the evening. 2 nights are themed, we had Japanese and BBQ, the rest of the time its 'a la carte '. There is a good variety of choice but the menu didn 't change and I think if you are there for 2 weeks you might get bored with it. My only other comment would be that the food is rarely hot, just seemed to be lukewarm most of the time. I did send one meal back but it wasn 't much hotter when I got it back. The staff are second to none, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble!
This was the in-house restaurant of the hotel we stayed in. We had breakfast here on a number of occasions. A wide varity of selection including omelette station, hot, cold continental, yoghurts and fruit, juices, coffees and teas and breads. The pool side snack bar is also serviced by this restaurant, Again, all the food we had here was excellent. We had dinner here twice, one of which was a romantic package following our recent engagement. On both occasions the food and service was excellent. Special shout out to Alberto and Ruben who were extremely cheery, and always made us feel so welcome.
Stayed recently at hotel Castillo Del Sol next door and decided to pop in for a drink. Hotel looked very nice welcoming. After waiting for over 5 minutes at the bar a miserable bar man appeared. He said hello then went to his till to put around 10 receipts through! We were stood there thinking why is he not serving us. My husband decided not to stay so we walked away then said barman said did you want something?? I pleasantly replied well I thought it was a bar but no problem we will go elsewhere to which he mumbled something back to us...rude man and will not return!!
We recently had a 2 week stay and can't recommend the staff in the restaurant highly enough. Alberto in particular we got on very well with. Alberto went above and beyond to help and assist us, he has a very wicked sense of humour and always very cheerful. The food was very good although the only downside was the menu was very repetitive. 3 days were buffet and 4 days a set menu which doesn't change ok for the first week but bit boring the second. The breakfast was a buffet every day with plenty to choose from.

We are presently staying here and the food at The Club is fantastic. The breakfast is everything you could possibly need the choices are amazing. The evening meals are excellent the choice, presentation, standard and service you will find hard to beat. I would highly recommend The Club if you want first class food and first class service from the best staff I have ever come across.
Enjoyed a reallly good meal here but the Chill Out Bar is a bit expensive but you do get a sweetie with your drink! The staff are really friendly and helpful.
