"Worth visiting, as all it's meals are organic and well cooked. Good flavor and healthy food. It's self service and you pay by the weight of your dish. Very friendly service. Location in the area of the train station, which reduces the restaurants value. Entrance looks a bit sleazy."

Cassius is a great place for healthy eating in Bonn. There's a tonne of variety to choose from, and the food is different everyday. As a student, it's definitely on the pricey side, because everything is priced by weight. BUT, the trick is to go between 7.30pm and 8pm. This is when you are given a large takeaway box, and you can fill it with whatever you want, for 5 euros, doesn't matter how heavy! They're trying to get rid of whatever is left, but it's still soo yummy. Definitely check it out if you want something much healthier and homemade than fast food.

I have never seen such a wide selection of vegetarian food both hot and cold anywhere. The restaurant is situated inside a block of offices and shops, in summer sitting outside is possible away from the busy shopping streets. It is strictly self service and the buffet of salads is to die for, just fill your plate, place it on a scale and pay per weight, same for the warm dishes, hence you can combine. At meal times it is usually very busy, therefore sometime a bit loud for my taste.

We went to the restaurant around 3pm buffet offerings were all fresh, delicious, good quality, good variety. May be due to corona operational impact, but little more staff would have guided in navigating better in the restaurant. Very good desserts, vegan ice cream all in all good value for lovely food. Would love to go back any time.

Found this place for a healthy late lunch. There is plenty of choice all healthy and the food is tasty. Only negative is they weigh your plate in order to charge for the meal. An average plate cost 15 euros which is expensive. I would recommend it, but fir four people with drinks, you could end up spending around 70 euros!
