Everyone was really kind and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind staff and the area in the front with many awesome cat doo-dads and crafts and toys. I wanted to say I think the people saying stuff about the hovering are maybe misunderstanding. This place is really helping cats that need it, and that being said many of the cats have been through a lot, are adjusting, etc. They have the best interest of the cats in mind and that 's why they may tell you if one cat isn 't a fan of too much touch/is overstimulated at the moment/trying to nap. I was super excited to visit this Cat Cafe, but I was immediately underwhelmed when I actually saw the cafe. My friend and I weren’t offered any coffee upon checking in, I didn’t even see the coffee stand until we left. The room where all of the cats were kept was giant, but it smelled horribly like cat pee. The employees stay in the room with you, which was odd, but they were very nice!The cats itself were great. Most of them were sleeping, but you were able to pet some of them. There was one that could “bite” you, as told by the employees— made people a little bit uncomfortable. Overall, good experience, but not sure if I’d come back again.
Our family came for my daughter’s 6th birthday today. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! They gave us very clear direction on cats that might not be feeling up to interaction, and the ones who were. The facility was clean, and the cats are well taken care of (they’re very obviously loved and adored here by employees). They even had pastries for guests, and gave the kids stickers on the way out. Such kind people here! Some of these reviews are a bit misleading, but I’m really glad that we came despite the few less than 5 star reviews.
We were there for a total of five minutes before leaving. Entrance with the coffee and refreshments is gag inducing with the strong cat urine smell. Employee in the actual cat room seemed very annoyed we brought our young son. If you don’t want small children to be around, make this a clear policy during the reservation process. All in total we spent $45 for five minutes of time.

Like others have said, it's a bit problematic that there are many cats here that the staff tells you are not friendly, and not to interact with. It's also not a cafe. We paid for an hour and were asked to leave after half an hour, because apparently they ask people to leave on the hour, even though we were being very respectful and gentle with the cats.
The anticipation was kind of disappointing. Definitely consider the smell when you read the reviews because it does in fact smell like clouded stink. It also felt like there were barely any cats in there, no more than 10. Some cats were recommended to not socialize with because they were not friendly too.
They are a wonderful place that cares a lot about being the stewards for the cats until they find their fur-ever homes. Bingo night was fun.
Such a cute idea for the the cat distribution system! The place is very clean and the cats are very social. What a great idea!
