I 'm not sure my visit to Catfish One could be called an experience. more like a bad dream. I ordered the 10 piece catsish for my cousin and the 18 (Jumbo ??? fried shrimo. I had gotten the same thing two weeks ago and thought I would give them a second chance on the shrimp. the catfish was cooked well. Lightly golden brown.
