Went for my son's birthday, pre booked as always and as requested on the booking said it was for his birthday. Turned up, no one about, just 1 customer visible, after a few minutes someone appears, didn't take my name and said sit in a booth if you like! Not shown to table, spoken to about the menu, nothing! Had to gesture someone over to enable a order to be placed, 3 guys just standing by the bar chatting! A guy in tracksuit bottoms who didn't have a clue took the food drinks order, asked for coleslaw but was told they didn't have any when the menus are reprinted it will be removed, also asked for draft coke but was told only little bottles available, yet a bit later I see them making a co...
Evening started off well with good service. Food is good for the price you pay. However, the overall service went to near awful. After we had finished our food we were left to sit there for 40 minutes before taking our plates. For context, only 3 other tables were occupied. The manager didn't come over to apologise he just told the waitress to tell us we came at a busy time... I dread to think what it's like when it's fully booked... Asked for some discount to be applied after explaining our situation which was originally denied but later added on. No real apology was given. we were there almost 2 hours for just 1 main each... In a nutshell, food isn't too bad for the price, customer service...
We went to Cattle Steak House to celebrate my son's birthday. The waitress took the order for the whole family but only served food for three of us. I inquired about the delay in serving my food, and she simply asked what I had ordered. However, after that conversation, she never returned to explain what had happened. It was clear that she had not put my order into the system. There were no apologies or sympathy for disrupting our family evening. As a result, I ended up receiving my food ten minutes after the rest of the family had finished eating. The customer service was very poor, and I do not plan on visiting this restaurant again.
A busy Saturday night and they squeezed 8 of us in last minute as family drove down from Nottingham. . Cocktails were made well.. Most of us ordered steak.. Cooked to perfection! Very good quality meat and a very good chef that knows how to cook it! Had a vegetarian eating with us too who ordered the Halloumi and mushroom burger.. She said it was by far the best burger she had ever eaten and gutted she doesn't live here.. Service was good although 1 dinner was forgotten but was rectified and all was well.. Will definitely be visiting again soon!!

We ordered a dish called "Dirty Cow," which turned out to be plain French fries with beef mince but no cheese. Very disappointing! The buffalo wings were decent, but the loaded nachos had a small portion with minimal toppings and no jalapeños. We also had a mojito that was essentially Bacardi and lemonade with only a few mint leaves and no ice. After expressing our dissatisfaction and agreeing to pay for only part of the meal, we were called rude and asked to leave the restaurant. Overall, a regrettable experience and we will not be returning.
I had the 12oz sirloin, cattle style, with fries and my colleague the 8oz rump, cattle with steak chips. Both were cooked and season to perfection. Like a really well understood steak Cheff and done this. Highly commended. Few mistakes on order, but for the quality of the cooking I was blown away. The meat was very good too, clearly some thought had gone into selecting the correct cuts. Would visit again. Good value for portion size and great quality.
This is definitely my favorite place! The food, cocktails, and shisha are all fantastic. I highly recommend the lamb chops and chicken platter. The atmosphere is always incredible, especially on Sundays. The staff and managers are friendly and welcoming.
Never open on time shame really missed a family of ten i always live the cattle steaks there the best but never mind just should be on time when there open don’t even answer the phone to take a booking

The premium Shisha it’s amazing and affordable as well the flavours are smooth and so lenggggg i highly recommend it. The cocktails are absolutely amazing
