You have the option to dine in (though the seating area is a bit small) or take your food to go. Wow, this store is absolutely amazing! Not only do they offer fresh meats and vegetables, but the service is outstanding! I was looking for hummus and approached a staff member in the produce section for help. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction or sending me to someone else, he and another employee both took the time to help me find it. I really appreciated their dedication! Cattleman's has not only the finest food and a clean store, but also the best employees! I'm so grateful to have them in our community!
Additionally, I can’t understand why a sick cashier is allowed to work, and why the other woman thinks it’s appropriate to have us bag our own groceries. The way she spoke to us was incredibly unprofessional and absurd. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of awareness and competence among the staff. I typically come here solely for the quality of the meat and produce, but the service is absolutely terrible.
The prices have increased, and you've discontinued making your Italian subs. Additionally, the person responsible for the advertising flyer is not keeping it updated; the old one from the 14th is still on your website. This establishment really needs to improve its operations. If I were in charge, I would consider letting a few people go, including the owner!
