After 20 years of enjoying this little gem, after the experience I had tonight sadly I will not be going back and I will miss it. I have met the owner on many occasions over the years and I cannot believe he would condone the way his night manager and counter girl treated a valued long time customer. Ordered lunch today Saturday June 25th with my coworkers told the girl taking my order that it was to be delivered to my work,needless to say they sent the driver to my house by the time I received my order it was cold and my fries looked like they were from the night before. I have never had a problem with this restaurant but when you are hungry you want to eat a nice warm meal. Well my lunch has been ruined so much for b8t being hungry while I work a 16 hour shift.
Awful service chose another pizza place! 2hr wait the store has no idea where they delivered the pizza. We call back and they say they’re putting in 2 more pizzas and it will take 45 mins. I speak to the GM and he says we can refund your and no pizza or you can just accept a 3hr late pizza. Order IMO’s, Frankie G’s, Dominos or anywhere else as this is not the type of business you want to do business with.
Not comparable to other CW's. Salad was the pits. Fried mushrooms tasteless. Ranch dressing very watery with zero flavor. No pizza cheese in salad.. they used something else… way different then the CW in south St Louis and not favorably. Nice outdoor seating area. Diet Pepsi syrup was running out.. watery and gross.

Just don’t even care if they deliver burnt food, if they bring your drinks or if your pizza is half melted off. The food is always less then mediocre, expensive and you can tell the workers and management could care less about what kind of food or service they serve. Gross
An employee handed me a bowl of salad with his thumb in the food twice. He did say he doesn't work in the front but the front worker was busy and the original salad was destroyed with dressing. Everything else was great. The two front workers were fantastic.
Use to be good, last 3—4 orders for pick up have been wrong, and staff does not seem to care anymore.... not sure will order from here anymore.. St. Louis pizza and wings is better as far as quality and customer service.
If you would be interested in paying expensive prices, waiting over an hour, and love ice cold pizza, make sure you get DELIVERY.

Pizza was good but lacking toppings. Ten small pieces of sausage on a large pizza. It takes two large pizzas to make one.
