excellent food and presentation .service was good and attentive. we have eaten there several times and the standard was very good. at every opportunity not many other guests, but we decided to eat early evening. can not be misled for the quality of food or services, such a scandal does not provide a wider picture. thanks for a beautiful meal

We were pleasantly surprised with the refit of this old faithful pub. The tasty food and helpful staff made this a really lovely evening for us and nothing was too much trouble. We have already returned for Sunday lunch which was even better than our weekday meal.
Service and drinks were good, however, the beef I had with my Sunday Lunch was very poor. Small and fatty. I complained and was told the chef had been told. I expected some compansation as it was very poor something off the bill/discount next time etc.
