Cada semana cambia de menú de degustación. 3 entrantes(crema de espárragos con huevas de salmón y erizo de mar, tris de macarrones con embutidos mallorquines y salsa de queso mahones y ensalada tibia con tabule mostaza y miel de pescado( pargo relleno de tumbet , de carne( cordero lechal al horno en su propio jugo y de postre( tartaleta de albaricoque con helado de vainilla y toque de chocolate . Todo exquisito, el trato de los camareros inmejorable y el lugar muy acogedor, totalmente recomendable
